Product Introduction
In this hands-on PCR experiment, students amplify trace amounts of DNA into billions of copies in just 90 minutes. Template DNA and primers are mixed with PCR EdvoBeads™, which contain all necessary reagents. Students sample the reaction every few cycles and visualize increasing DNA yields on an agarose gel.
Product Update: all #330 kits purchased after November 7, 2016 include the new LyphoTemplate™ and LyphoPrimer™ formulations.
