Product Introduction:
SYBR® Safe Stain is a highly sensitive DNA dye that fluoresces bright green under blue-light illumination. It intercalates specifically into the DNA double helix like ethidium bromide but has been engineered to be far less mutagenic, making it ideal and safer for classroom and research lab use.

Key Features:

Engineered to be non-mutagenic and safe for biotechnology classrooms
Greater sensitivity than ethidium bromide
Binds specifically to double-stranded DNA
Supplied as a 10,000× concentrate—enough for 750 mL of staining solution
80 µL total volume per tube
