HVP Series integrates a high-performance vacuum pump into the HV Series autoclave and adds a fully automatic drying function for clean, efficient sterilization and drying cycles. It’s ideal for labs and medical facilities that require reliable, contamination-free results.

Features & Functions

• Clean drying without contamination
  After sterilization, drying is performed with the lid closed to prevent exposure to contaminants.
• Pre-vacuum air removal using a vacuum pump
  The built-in vacuum pump evacuates residual air, ensuring effective sterilization of items in sealed containers or bags.
• Electro-mechanical lid lock system
  One-touch lever for easy, reliable lid opening/closing; pressure-seal safety design.
• Dual interlock mechanism
  Lid lock monitored by both chamber pressure and temperature; lock remains engaged even if the cycle is interrupted.
• Memory function
  Custom cycle settings can be stored and recalled for each mode.
