NABERTHERM – Compact Tube Furnaces up to 1300 °C

Introduction
The Compact Tube Furnaces are designed and manufactured by Nabertherm GmbH, the original inventor of modern laboratory and industrial furnace technology. These furnaces are known for their excellent price/performance ratio, combining robust German engineering with universal usability across many laboratory processes. Equipped with a C 530 ceramic working tube and fiber plugs, they deliver reliable performance for a wide range of heating applications.

Product Overview
Compact in design yet powerful in function, these tube furnaces integrate advanced control systems and are suitable for universal laboratory use. Their dual shell ventilated housing ensures low surface temperatures and high stability, while the use of safe insulation materials guarantees compliance with modern safety standards.

  • Tmax 1200 °C or 1300 °C
  • Single-zoned design
  • Dual shell ventilated housing made of textured stainless steel sheets for low surface temperature and high stability
  • Insulation materials free from carcinogenic refractory ceramic fiber (RCF)
  • Outer tube diameter: 50 mm to 170 mm
  • Heated length: 250 mm to 1000 mm
  • Ceramic working tube C 530 including two fiber plugs for operation under air
  • Thermocouple type N (1200 °C) or type S (1300 °C)
  • Solid state relays for low-noise operation
  • Heating elements on support tubes for free radiation
  • NTLog Basic for process data recording via USB
  • Controller B510 with touch operation (5 programs × 4 segments)

Additional Equipment

  • Over-temperature limiter with adjustable cutout temperature to protect furnace and load
  • Charge control with temperature measurement inside the working tube
  • Three-zoned design (heated length from 500 mm) for optimized temperature uniformity
  • Gas supply systems 1, 15, 2, or 4
  • Process control and documentation via VCD software package
