Inside the body there are several high rigid sliders which interlock in thecircumferential direction. 機體內部有多個高剛性滑塊，沿圓周方向互鎖。
The electro-mechanical lid lock system Ⅱ employs the automatic slide lock method that is able to securelylock the lid by engaging the sliders with the guides provided around the lid. 機電蓋鎖系統II採用自動滑動鎖定方法，透過將滑塊與蓋周圍的導軌接合，能夠牢固地鎖定蓋。
Dual interlock mechanism 雙聯鎖機構
The lid is locked by dually detecting the chamber pressure and chambertemperature during operation. 透過雙重偵測操作過程中的腔室壓力和腔室溫度來鎖定蓋子。
The lock state is maintained even if an operation is manually interrupted. 即使手動中斷操作，鎖定狀態也會維持。

The lid lock release temperature can be set for every mode and memory numberwithin the the range of 60℃ to 97℃. 每種模式和記憶編號可在 60℃ 至 97℃ 範圍內設定蓋鎖釋放溫度。
