The SK Sato PC-3510 is a min-max digital thermometer that simultaneously displays current, maximum, and minimum temperatures. It combines an internal sensor with a 3 m external probe, housed in an IPX5-rated body with antimicrobial protection—ideal for hygienic monitoring in food, laboratory, and industrial settings.
